We sell your flexible consumption to Energinet
The power grid must always keep its frequency close to 50 Hz. NM1 aggregates household devices into one virtual power plant and sells the combined flexibility as FCR-D in Energinet's daily auctions — one for every hour of the day. Activations are short: seconds to minutes.

Does it affect my comfort or my equipment?
No, that is the whole point. Activations are short — seconds to minutes — and designed not to affect your comfort or your equipment. Your hot water stays hot, and your home keeps its temperature.
When do I get my earnings paid out?
The auction earnings are shared between you and NM1. Your share is paid out quarterly as an ordinary bank transfer — see what your device can earn under calculate your earnings.
What does it require of my wifi?
The device needs stable wifi — typically the 2.4 GHz network. You handle the installation yourself in a few minutes, no electrician required.
